Brownies recipe



woohoo! made brownies last weekend for the first time.
baking was so much fun! i think i started loving it.. hehe
i always thought baking was difficult & complicated.. after trying lavacake & this time brownies, it was actually very easy, you just need to make sure that you follow the recipe! especially on the proper measurement of grams required for the ingredients. 

so my source of recipe is obtained from Youtube > chocolate brownie recipe

Ingredients: 
200gm chocolate chips (I chose dark chocolates)
170gm salted butter (add salts if you are using unsalted butter)
210gm granulated sugar (I replaced it with icing sugar)
113gm purpose flour (I used low-gluten flour-低筋面粉)
3 eggs (i used 2 eggs)
30gm cocoa powder (I did not use this ingredient)

1. Melt the butter
2. Melt the chocolate chips with the butter
3. Add in sugar (melt together)
4. Cool down 10 mins, whisk the eggs together with ingredients
5. Add in flour
6. Add nuts (strongly recommended if you like crunchiness)
7. Pour the mixture evenly into the baking tray
8. Bake at 163 degrees C for 35 mins

Lastly, cool down for an hour, then you may cut into pieces and top the brownies with a scoop of ice cream, and enjoy it. hehe
