蒜蓉开边虾

all day i just keep fb,plurk,reading blogs,weibo.....internet-ing~ :D
the recipe is from weibo 【最爱学做饭】
the steps seem easy and the prawns look sooooo tempting with garlic..yummmmm
must learn to cook in the future!

烹饪方法: 
1.将虾的虾头和虾须剪掉,从背面将虾对半切开。
2.用色拉油将蒜蓉暴香,再加入盐、糖、鸡粉、胡椒粉调匀成蒜泥汁浇在虾上。
3.将蒸锅中的水烧开,把虾放入锅中蒸制5分钟后出锅。
4.热锅放少许油烧七成热,爆香葱花,浇在虾上即可。
